BB1B420307 C3 Bearing is shorter in thickness than deep groove ball bearing 6307, this type bearing cage is made of reinforced polyamide 66(PA66). with excellent fatigue resistance, low coefficient of friction, good toughness, good anti seizing and anti static properties,  even in dusty harsh environments. Clearance:

Select the large internal clearance (ie. C3, C4) here is very important. It compensates for shaft deflections. conveyor bearings cannot use standard bearings, they will cause big running resistance, brake and reduce lifetime of bearing. And the material of nylon cage must be pure and has enough toughness and strength, because the cage will get very soft if it is made of bad material or mixed material, thus to make no anti-stuck performance within the bearing. To get safety certificate for coal mining products must use nylon cage bearing.
