BB1B420306 C3 Bearing is thinner width than deep groove ball bearing 6305, bearing cage is made of reinforced polyamide 66(PA66) resin. material selection for bulk material conveyor application need good anti seizing and anti static properties, even in dusty harsh environments. Our XKTE dedicates in designing and producing polyamide/nylon cage bearing for conveyor idler roller, products service life time will be up to 30000 hours.
The most important part of conveyor idler is bearing. It is unique design deep groove ball bearing for conveyor idler roller that meet all challenges: extremely different temperatures, low-speed, bulk materials handling, humidity, dust, dirt, as well as noise and vibration environments.
Clearance:
Deep groove ball bearings have internal clearance. This provides the bearing room for expansion between the bearing races and will add a small amount of play between the two rings. Large clearance C3/C4 usually used in harsh environment. with good anti-seize performance used in particularly harsh environment.
